Bert Hellinger was German psychotherapist, He is the founder of Family Constellation. He began his research on the representative phenomenon in 1978 and discovered the basic orders of life, which he called “Orders of Love”. These form the basis of Family Constellation. It has been discovered that hidden “Orders of Love ” operate in the depth of family system , and how violation and disrespect of these laws leave tragic circumstances and unconscious behaviour in the earlier generations, which may also affect the lives of later members in the family. Many of us unconsciously “take on ” destructive familial patterns of anxiety, depression, guilt, loneliness, alcoholism and even illness as a way of “belonging” in our own family . Family constellation is a process that enables us to break these patterns so that we can live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives.
